Brad Davis
With over 25 years in the HVAC industry, Brad has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with customers. Since starting in 1998, he has always enjoyed working with the general public, finding fulfillment in serving the community and bringing value to those around him. As the founder of Perfect Air, Brad’s focus has evolved from hands-on service to investing in the team and ensuring that Perfect Air stays aligned with its mission—exceeding customer expectations with every interaction and creating a meaningful workplace for employees. His lifelong dedication to learning, improvement, and leadership continues to drive both his personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their four children.
Steven Carter
Steven joined Perfect Air in 2019, bringing a background in construction that helped him quickly excel in the HVAC trade. Starting as an installer, he advanced to service technician and now serves as our Service Manager, assisting with service operations and ensuring our team delivers top-quality work. Known for his discipline and strong work ethic, Steven takes pride in problem-solving and keeping customers happy. His leadership and hands-on expertise make him an invaluable part of the Perfect Air team. Outside of work, Steven enjoys afternoon barbecues and spending time with his wife, Maria, and their family.
Shellie Everett
Shellie has been a part of Perfect Air since 2006, almost from the very beginning. As the heart of our company, she’s often the friendly voice you hear when calling our office. Her deep knowledge of Perfect Air’s operations and dedication to customer service make her an indispensable part of the team. As our Office Manager, Shellie keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring both our team and customers receive the best possible experience. Her warmth, expertise, and commitment have helped shape the culture of Perfect Air. Outside of work, Shellie enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their three children—but her greatest joy is being with her grandchildren!
Waylon Levins
Waylon Levins began his HVAC career in 2014 with Perfect Air, and his passion for the trade has made him an invaluable part of our team. With extensive experience in commercial VRV systems and advanced diagnostics, Waylon thrives on problem-solving and continually expanding his knowledge—he’d probably tell you that learning HVAC is his hobby! As Senior Technician and Training Lead, Waylon not only provides expert service in the field but also mentors and supports our team through training and technical assistance. His dedication to teaching and developing others helps keep Perfect Air at the forefront of the industry. But let’s be real—before 8 AM and without coffee, Waylon is NOT running on all cylinders. The team knows that any deep questions or requests should wait until after the caffeine kicks in unless they want a grouchy response! In his spare time, Waylon enjoys fishing on the lake in his boat and, most importantly, spending time with his daughter, whom he has dedicated much of his life to raising.
Jaythan Davis
Jaythan has been immersed in the HVAC trade since he was 15 years old, working alongside his dad on installations. In 2022, he transitioned full-time into service, quickly growing in his knowledge and skill as a technician. His passion for problem-solving and technical challenges has made him a go-to resource for technical support within the team. Always eager to learn, Jaythan continues to expand his expertise through hands-on experience and professional training, making him a vital part of Perfect Air. His dedication to mastering the trade and tackling the toughest jobs keeps him motivated every day. When he’s not working, Jaythan enjoys backpacking, kayaking, and just about anything outdoors.
Tristen Marks
Tristen began his HVAC career in 2014 and has since become a crucial part of the Perfect Air team. Joining us in 2024, he immediately aligned with our values and mission, bringing a passion for helping customers and building relationships. Tristen takes pride in learning new skills and ensuring every customer receives honest, high-quality service. His faith is a guiding force in his life, and he values opportunities to pray with customers when the moment arises. Outside of work, Tristen loves spending time with his family and being outdoors. His greatest joy is his son, Maverick.
Frank McCoy
Frank joined Perfect Air in 2021, bringing a background in public service before transitioning into the HVAC trade. Starting as an apprentice, he quickly worked his way up to become a skilled installer and maintenance provider. Frank thrives on learning new skills and finds motivation in making customers happy. Known for his optimistic attitude and reliability, he’s often the first to arrive at work, setting a positive tone for the day. His enthusiasm and dedication make him an essential part of the Perfect Air team. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews and playing video games.
Lance Zimmerman
Lance started his HVAC career at Perfect Air in 2019 as an apprentice and has since worked his way up through the ranks—from apprentice to installer to service technician. His passion for the trade comes from the constant learning and adaptation required in the ever-evolving HVAC industry. Lance finds motivation in making customers happy and values the strong team environment at Perfect Air, which makes every workday enjoyable. His dedication to his craft and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Lance loves spending time with his wife, Katlyn, and their two children. He also enjoys working on projects and helping friends whenever he can.
Kevin Creamer
Kevin Creamer has been in the HVAC industry since 1995, bringing nearly three decades of experience to the Perfect Air team. As an installer, he takes great pride in making sure every job is done right and looks great, ensuring that customers are left comfortable and satisfied before he leaves. Beyond his expertise in HVAC, Kevin enjoys riding 4-wheelers, deer hunting, and spending time at home. He also loves traveling with his wife, Johna, and cherishing time with their son.
Jacob Hathaway
Jacob Hathaway brings HVAC experience dating back to 2017 and serves as an installer for Perfect Air. He enjoys the challenge of solving problems and takes a lot of pride in craftsmanship. For Jacob, a successful job is not just about getting it finished — it’s about leaving behind a finished product that looks amazing.
Away from work, Jacob is deeply committed to his faith and his family. He is married with two children and one on the way. He has also traveled to eight different countries and has served on extended foreign mission trips.
Nathan Collins
Nathan Collins has been serving customers in the HVAC industry since 2006. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and fixing comfort issues, but what he values most is being able to help people when they need it. Nathan brings experience, dependability, and a customer-first attitude to every service call.
When he’s not working, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their five children. He also loves fishing, rollerblading, rock-n-roll music, and heading out to a good concert.
Triston Medlin
Triston Medlin joined Perfect Air in 2024 and began building his HVAC career through hands-on training with our team. He assists with installations and maintenance, and he takes pride in helping customers get their comfort back when they need it most.
Triston says the greatest joy of his job is seeing a customer smile once they have cold air again — it makes him feel like a hero. When he’s not working, he enjoys time with family, playing video games, and getting outdoors, especially to go fishing.
