What You’ll Do:

- Clearly and honestly communicate system issues and solutions to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism.
- Educate customers on maintenance plans and available system upgrades.
- Perform sales as needed, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
- Work efficiently to complete jobs on time while maintaining quality workmanship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend solutions confidently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
