INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSESSMENT (IAQ) & TOTAL SYSTEM REPORT

  • Determine if your system is sized and set properly for humidity control & cooling/efficiency
  • Inspect duct system for proper design, air leaks and insulation barrier failure
  • Inspect coil’s cleanliness for proper heat exchange and recommend appropriate service schedule
  • Opportunity for UV light installation to kill airborne bacteria and diseases
  • Check filter setup and offer options for maximum air purification
  • Inspect primary and secondary drains for proper elevation, P-trap and clean outs
  • Inspect for proper drain overflow control (float and wet switches)
  • Inspect for proper return air duct and grill size
  • Check thermostat types and options for programmable thermostats for maximum efficiency

SPRING INSPECTION
