What services do you offer?

We do repairs, installations and sales of air conditioning and heating for commercial buildings and residencies in the Southeast Texas area. For more information please check our service page HERE.

 

How far do you travel?
We work pretty much anywhere in Southeast Texas but mostly focused on all Hardin, Jefferson and Orange counties.

 

How much is a service call?
Our diagnostic charge varies depending on where you live, prices are as follows: Hardin County-$55, Beaumont-$65, Orange, Port Arthur and Winnie-$75. The diagnostic charge includes us coming to your home or business and diagnosing your system and providing a thorough report and estimate of repairs to you. Remember, bids for installations and change outs are always FREE!

 

What are your payment options?
We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
We also offer financing through Five Point Credit Union, our staff takes care of the whole process making it quick and convenient for you.

 

What if I have a problem on the weekend?
We are a 24 hour service company and are there for you whenever you need, although overtime charges do apply.

 

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer 1 year warranty for parts and labor for System repairs. Our installations warranty range from 1 to 10 years labor and 5 to 10 years manufacturer parts. All equipment parts are according to manufacturer, we try to only sell equipment that has at least 10 years parts warranty. Select models of Amana condensers come with a lifetime unit replacement warranty.
